A COFFEE IN THE WOODS: RETURNS + EXCHANGES

A COFFEE IN THE WOODS (A project by designer Edie Kahula Pereira) 

 ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. EXCHANGE IS AN OPTION.

Edie Kahula Pereira (EKP) does not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. However, size and textile exchanges are available on domestic orders only. International orders are final sale and not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds. 

If the exchange (size/textile) requested is no longer available an electronic gift card matching your order total will be emailed within 3 days. Gift cards do not expire and can be used to purchase other EKP goods.

*PLEASE NOTE: Edie Kahula Pereira leather goods have a dedicated return and shipping policy separate from A Coffee in the Woods.

 

EXCHANGE

Exchanges must be received within 7 days once confirmation 'ok to exchange coat' email is sent. A must-receive-by date will be included in this email. 

Exchanges received after the 7-day shipping period will be accepted for store credit.

Coats on hold for exchange will be returned to inventory. 

Why the short turnaround time? Size quantities are limited. While your purchased coat is in transit your requested size or textile replacement will be placed on hold. During this time two coats will be removed from our (limited) sales inventory.  

 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Within 2 days of receipt of the coat please email ediekahulapereira@gmail.com with your request for exchange noting the change of size or a coat in another fabric including its size. 
  • A confirmation of your request and availability of the requested size or coat exchange will be sent within 2 days including a must-receive coat-by date.
  • Coats for exchange must be returned in the same condition as received by the customer (unworn, unwashed, and with no signs of wear). 
  • All goods being sent out are photo-documented just before packing as a record of the condition of the goods. 
  • EKP reserves the right to deny the exchange if the coat shows evidence of use and is not in its original condition. 
  • Customers are responsible for organizing the return shipment and shipping costs to the address noted below:

  • EKP is not responsible for exchange shipping costs, lost or damaged packages, and is not liable for the order once the package is in transit.
