Shipping Sequence

  • You will receive an order confirmation email at time of purchase.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is processed with the shipper.
  • Your shipment date will be provided within 3 days of your confirmed order. 
  • If the item is in stock your order will be shipped within 3 business days. [This means shipped by not delivered by]
  • If the item is not in stock please allow up to 4 weeks for order completion and shipping date. [This date means shipped by not delivered by]
  • Why 4 weeks? This item will be made specifically to fill your order. Material availability and your place in the (making) queue affect the completion date.
  • You will be updated with your finalized ship by date once your order is completed.
  • If your selected delivery carrier and shipment options offers this in your area you will receive “Shipment out for delivery” and “Shipment delivered” emails.


SHIPPING FEE, TAXES, DUTY, AND ANY MISCELLANEOUS FEES

The shipping carrier fee selected and paid at the time of purchase covers the cost of shipping your bag only. This money goes directly to the carrier. As the purchaser, you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and miscellaneous fees associated with this purchase. We do not cover these additional costs.
